DESCRIPTION人とAIエージェントが同じブラウザで並行して作業するための、Chromiumベースのブラウザ。Chromeのログイン状態・Cookie・ブックマーク・拡張機能などを移行し、Codex・Claude Code・Cursorなどの外部エージェントから、ego-browserスキルを通じて操作できる。
エージェントごとに独立した作業スペース「Space」を使い、人の閲覧を邪魔せずにページの読み取り、クリック、フォーム入力、画面取得などを進められる。ページを構造化するSnapshotと、複数の操作をJavaScriptでまとめて実行する仕組みが特徴。ログインが必要なWeb業務や、APIだけでは扱いづらい画面操作の自動化に向く。
2026年9月29日の公式案内ではmacOS向けに無料提供。GitHubリポジトリの内容はMITライセンスだが、ブラウザ本体は別配布であり、ブラウザ全体のオープンソース化とは区別する。ログイン済みの権限で操作するため、送信・購入・削除などは人の承認を挟む運用が適切。
